Christmas Outfits

Are you stuck for ideas for what to wear this Christmas? Whether it is an outfit for Christmas day or if you are heading out on your days off from work, then I have a few looks today to share with you and hopefully, it will give you some ideas. I picked up these pieces this month and I decided to share them in a post for you.

Jumpers and Skirts

There has been a bit of a dress drought this Winter. As I am a lover of dresses and not the biggest fan of jeans I decided to rework my wardrobe and I have been loving teaming skirts with jumpers. I love how feminine a skirt is. You can team your skirts with either blouses or jumpers and take your outfit from daytime casual to nighttime glam. For me, I think a cosy skirt and jumper will be my Christmas day outfit sorted. You can also team yours with tights and ankle boots. I shot the looks today with bare legs but for work and daytime, I would wear them with tights.

Floral dresses and ankle boots

Nothing beats a floral dress and a pair of ankle boots for a cute daytime look. I was delighted when I saw some floral dresses touch down in Dorothy Perkins. I picked up this green jersey one last week. It is true to size and I got a size 10. It is a little boobie but nothing a stitch or a pin can’t fix.

I was also delighted when my vintage style faves Joanie clothing sent me over this rust floral tea dress. I love the style of the dresses and this one was a steal. You can find it here and I am wearing a size 10 in mine.

Desk to Dancefloor Dress

If you are like me and work a lot over Christmas but still want to have fun then you will love this dress. Perfect for work with tights and shoes but it is also perfect to change up and wear for after work drinks. So whip off the tights, pop on some heels and a lick of red lipstick and you are ready for the post-work drinks.

I hope you got some inspiration from today’s post. Do let me know if you pick up any of the pieces and let me know which look is your favourite.
