Full skirts and cold shoulders.

Vintage style #ootd for Spring

Today I went on a little adventure which I will share with you on the blog this Sunday, but today I just wanted to share my outfit with you and the links to each item.

I am a lover of the full skirt so I am thrilled to see that they seem to be a key piece this Spring Summer. I just love the shape of them and feel like a proper lady in a full skirt. I am a curvy shape so I love the high waisted style to nip in at the waist and give me an hour glass shape.

My skirt is from Asos Petite. There is still some sizes left and I got a size 10. I would say they are true to size. They sit high waisted and the length is perfect for me and I didn’t have to alter it. It was a bargain too at £30 and free delivery option. It is also available in the normal range too so my taller ladies don’t worry you can find it here.

Cold shoulder tops

If you are like me and a little self-conscious about the tops of your arms then you will love these cold shoulder style tops. I had seen them over Winter but delighted to see them back for Sring but in fab floral prints and brighter colours. Mine is from Dorothy Perkins and you can find it here. The top is €32 and I noticed sizes sold out online but it is a new top so maybe show a picture in store and ask a staff member if they have your size in stock.

If you are larger chested like me then bear in mind that this top has no stretch. I got the size 10 to give me more room on the chest as I find this material to be tight across my bust. The little shoulder detail is so cute and the ruffle hides the tops of your arms too.

What is your favourite piece for updating your Spring wardrobe? Let me know in the comments below. Come back on Sunday too as I will have a fun blog post and video with what I got up to today.

Love this outfit! I think if I'd a skirt like this, I'd just keep twirling around in it like a madser! And that's a cold shoulder top I absolutely lurve!
