20 Random facts.

Random facts tag.

So today I have a fun post, I seen during the week that lots of my Insta buddies were doing a 20 random facts tag and I thought it would make a fum post and also share a little nit more about myself.

So have a little read below for my randomness.

I have very teeny size 2 feet.

I am 4 feet 11 inches and 3/4 and that 3/4 makes all of the difference.

I attract cats! yep I can see hoe easy it is to end up a cat lady, I own one however I have 2 others that belong to the neighbour’s that visit me daily and their names are Toffee and Pepsi.

I have worked for my current employer for the last 10 years, loyal I know!.

I purchased my home myself when I was 25.

I have lived all my life in cottages and grew up in one so when I bought my house I was delighted when I found my bungalow, it is a dormer bungalow and I am trying to decorate it like a cottage.

I studied business in Dublin business school in the evenings but I am not really into college and prefer to learn hands on.

I started this blog 2 years ago with the intention of it being about fashion and then it grew into diy and all things vintage shabby chic.

My love of dresses was behind my blog name, Dainty (because I am tiny) Dress (because that is all I wear) and I put diaries at the end so I could blog about anything.

I don’t own one pair of jeans.

I lost my dad when I was 20, this was my hardest loss so far in my life and a time I will never forget but it has made me the person I am today and I am all the more stronger from it.

I believe in spirits and angels and love when I receive feathers from loved ones and when I see robins.

I get anxious! this is my worse habit, I over think everything but I am getting better with age and practice.

I collect teacups and if I keep collecting at my current rate I will be on of those hoarding shows as I will be buried alive with all the fine bone china.

I only learnt to sew last January, I also only learnt to upcycle furniture and decoupage two years ago when I got out home.

I will be 28 this Friday. I still get asked for ID so i don’t mind getting old.

I get insecure too and have parts of my body that I am self concious about, I try and hide the flaws and flaunt what I like.

I bite my nails, horrible habit, I have stopped many times but always start biting after a dew weeks or months.

Growing up my uncle had a pet shop and I think this is where my adoration for fluffy animals has come from.

I hope you liked this post, leave a link below if you too have done the 20 random questions tag and leave your blog link in the comments section.

Catherine.
