Warm Foot Soak

Autumn often comes with cooler temperatures, making it the ideal time to give your feet some extra TLC. Firstly, prepare a soothing foot soak using warm water, Epsom salt, a few drops of essential oil, and dried herbs like lavender or chamomile.

Let your feet soak in this comforting concoction, and feel the tension melt away.

DIY Pumpkin Spice Scrub

Pumpkin spice is the ultimate autumn fragrance. Make your very own exfoliating pumpkin spice scrub by mixing sugar, pumpkin puree, a dash of cinnamon, and a drop of vanilla extract.

Massage the scrub onto your skin in round motions, gently revealing soft, glowing skin.

Herbal Tea Bath DIY

There’s something incredibly calming about sipping a cup of herbal tea during autumn. Extend this comfort to your bath by brewing a strong herbal tea, such as chamomile or lavender, and adding it to your warm bathwater.

The natural aromas and herbal properties will also soothe your mind and body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.

DIY Moisturizing Honey Hair Mask

Autumn air can be harsh on your hair, making it prone to dryness and frizz. Nourish your locks with a moisturizing honey hair mask.

Mix honey, coconut oil, and a few drops of your favourite essential oil. Sooth your hair by applying the mask, wrapping it in a warm towel, and letting it work its magic while you relax.

Aromatherapy Facial Steam

Clear your pores and invigorate your senses with an aromatherapy facial steam. Firstly boil water and transfer it to a heatproof bowl. Next, add a couple of drops of essential oils like eucalyptus, tea tree, or rosemary.

Position your face above the bowl, drape a towel over your head, and let the steam open up your pores and refresh your skin.

DIY Honey & Oatmeal Face Mask

This soothing face mask is perfect for calming irritated skin and providing gentle exfoliation. Honey is a natural humectant, helping to lock in moisture, while oatmeal soothes and nourishes the skin.

Mix the oatmeal, honey, and yoghurt in a small bowl until you get a smooth paste. Apply the mixture to your clean face, avoiding the eye area. Finally, let the mask sit for 15-20 minutes.

Before rinsing off with warm water, gently massage your face in circular motions.
