My staycation style

What I wore

This week I headed off for a little staycation. I had such a lovely time and it was fantastic to get away on a little break. Nothing beats a trip away where you can avoid the airport queues. I was also blessed this week with fantastic weather and I felt like I was in the South of France with the gorgeous weather and cottage surroundings. I got to shoot my outfits whilst I was away and want to share them in this post. As always I brought some gorgeous dresses with me. As the weather was so good and hot I wanted something to explore in and keep cool.

Day dresses

This first dress is a gorgeous number from Dorothy Perkins. It is from the Petite range however, the length is not too short on me so it might be okay if you are taller. It has a tie back detail and a gorgeous print to it.  You can find it here.

Red tea dress

My next little tea dress I got off Modcloth, this was my first time to buy off their website. I adored this dress but I was a little disappointed with the fabric. For the price of the dress, I would have expected better quality. It is, however, a stunning dress. I got mine in a size M. The shipping was quick too. You can find it here.

The perfect dinner dress

I got this gorgeous dress from Chi Chi London. I already have a love for Chi Chi dresses but I loved this one because of the gorgeous shabby chic print. It is a super flattering fit too. I got mine in the size 10, it is snug under the bust but otherwise perfect. You can find it here.

Vintage lady

Whilst in town last Sunday I popped into OmDiva Boutique on Drury St. I popped downstairs to have a rummage through the rails of all of the vintage dresses. I came across this gorgeous blue floral number. I love how vintage clothes fit my frame better than clothes today. As my dress is vintage I have no link but pop into the boutique and have a rummage like I did.
