Petite Autumn jackets with Dorothy Perkins

Petite jackets for Autumn

I am so excited it is finally Autumn, I am even more excited that I have got my hands on a some coats that will fit me!

My fellow petite ladies will know the struggle is real when trying to find a jacket that fits our smaller frames, You know the struggle! Arms can be too long, shoulders too big and we look like we are wearing our mammy’s coat.

Today I have three jackets from dorothyperkins.com and all are from the petite range but fear not my taller ladies some of the are also available in the normal range.

Have a scroll below for a peep at the three jackets and hands up who is dying to wear their bobble hat? I have a cute one at the end of the post so scroll down for the link.

The petite duster coat

This one is my favourite! It has a roll up sleeve detail on the arms, it is tailored in shape so when you wear it open it is flattering to your shape.

The length is perfect as it is just above the knee.

The sizing I found to be slightly big as this is a size 6 I am wearing and I wouldn’t normally wear this size.

Its also good value at 72 euro which I think is great value for a versatile jacket that will get you through to spring.

You can find this jacket by clicking here.

The petite formal coat

Finding a more formal jacket especially one that fits is really hard, I fell in love with this one and the gorgeous waterfall front on it.

This is a robe style jacket and it fits perfect on the arms and again the length is perfect and sits above the knee.

This would be a fab work coat in the winter, looks chic and will keep you warm too!

The collar detail on this is fab.

Again the sizing on this I found larger and I am wearing a size 6 in this jacket.

This jacket is 85euro and you can find it by clicking here.

The bomber and the bobble hat

How fun is this cute bomber style jacket! I also fell in love with this cable knit hat and had to have it. It comes in a few different colours and I was torn between the navy and the cream so I went for the cream instead.

The pink bomber is a lightweight style so perfect for days when it is mild and for hopping into the car. The sizing in this is normal and I am wearing a size 8.

The bomber jacket is 45euros and you can find it here.

My bobble hat is a steal at 10euro and you can also find it here.

I hope you enjoyed this post, let me know which coat was your favourite in the comments below.

Thanks for reading.

The day after our wedding my husband and I said repeatedly that there was nothing about the event that we would have done differently. Every aspect of Malibu wedding venues is perfection. It was everything we hoped for – and more.

Nice patterns of outerwear! It seems lightweight clothing material, so it can be a good choice that is suitable for casual wear to maintain a comfort level.
